What type of coolant goes in the celica gt-s, I am on low in my car and wanted to pick some up at the store?

This isn't so helpful, but check your Toyota dealership. They say to use a specific kind but I don't think it is that critical. Nonetheless it doesn't hurt to stick to OEM specs. Especially when warranty work is potentially involved.

It is critical. Not all coolant formulations are compatible with each other.

Just stick to OE Toyota Red.

can i add just water to get the line up to where it is suppose to be until I get the coolant?

You'll be fine. It's better if it's distilled water, but most people will use faucet water anyway.
