Regarding warranty work

Hey guys,
I have a 2000 GT 5 speed. The transmission has been giving me problems recently (2nd and 4th gear synchros are blown). I'm gonna go to a toyota dealership this weekend, and need to know what i should do to my car. I have intake, exhaust, and the car is lowered. Should i put my stock airbox back on? I dont really see how that would affect the transmission. I'm definitely gonna raise the car up as much as i can, and hope they dont notice the ground control. So basically, should i even bother to put the airbox back on?

Unless the dealership can PROVE that your mods caused the problems don't worry about it. It like saying your intake made your headlights fall apart. No way it can happen.
