Transmision oil change Q?

I have GT manual trans.and i want to know after what mileage have to be changed and what brand do u use.Thanx:)

every 3000 miles, use mobil 1, if you dont want to pay for synthentic, still use mobil semi-synthetic($2 a bottle?). use regular toyota filters.

whitegt01 probably thought you were talking about engine oil. I change the tranny fluid in my MR-2 every 30,000 and use Redline MT synthetic. I've had bad luck with Mobil-1 in the tranny - shifting wasn't as smooth and it would crunch when shifting sometimes.

Yes i meant the transmision oil.I have only 10,000 miles,so i guess its too early,what do u think?
