So last night I went out with a couple of friends it was a going away party for one friend who leaves for the Army on Friday and a birthday party for another friend. Well we started out by going to Chicago Pizza and play pool, my friend who's birthday it was invited some people he works with, Well this girl came and she was cute so I was talking to her a little bit, Then we decided to go to a pool hall down by Southern poly, She came with us and was in the car next me and just kept looking over, we got to the pool hall and she told me how cool my car was, and such then she eventually worked up the nerve to ask me for a ride, I obviously said yes, and we went for a ride it was cool we talked a little and to make a long story short I got her number, now I just need to give her a call,

One more thing the best part of it all is that she is into cars so if all goes well maybe she will come to the next meet with me.

haha...sounds like you had some fun, hope something good will work out with the girl. sometimes mine gets some good comments but a girl i'm talking to now has a car thats about as nice as mine, or better to some people (a new 3.2 cl type s).
oh yea, i got my new spoiler in today (just like the one i have now, but not cracked) so now that adds one more thing to add to my list of things i need to install. the only bad thing is there are a few real small scratches in it but i dont think i'm gonna bother shipping it back out to california, wait for them to re-paint it, and then send it again. and on another bad note, i had one of my few losses yesterday, to a new trans-am ram air or whatever they're called. but i kinda expected it, they do have about double the power of our cars. although when i hit lift i held in next to him for a second but then had to turn right real quick (i didn't get up but to about 50 or so mph). oh well, i'll just wait for a turbo and then get revenge.

Cody I would definetly say that the cl type S is just as cool as our cars those things are awesome I wish I could affordy one, Do you think you will have all your installs complete before the next meet you have quite a list. Do you now if the Novice driving school was moved or not I haven't recieved any e-mails about it being moved,

yup, just got curious and explored the acura page to find out those things have 260 hp, 232 ft. lb of torque, and her's even has a navigation system. so yea, they might have us beat. (but they're autos and i'd still rather drive a slower manual, they're way more fun). hopefully i'll get my stuff installed before the next meet, i really want to. i just need to find some more free time. and i haven't herard anything else about the school being changed, i'm thinking now that might have actually been for the other school they're putting on. but i'll let you know if i do hear anything else. It works the other way for me...haha Guys usually are annoyed at seeing a girl in a nicer car. They either race me or won't look at me. My friends just want me to peel out all the time which is silly and when cute guys asctually ask me about it, they realize I know more about cars than them and that doesn't work either. It does pick up chicks though...I'll bring her to the next meet. hehe ..Jk she loves me for more than my car. On another note I had to pass a Dodge ram today and man he tried not to let me!! You remember my glasses broke so I saw my turn at the last second so I had to MOVE or miss. He apparently decided I had no right but fortunately I was already in the high-end so a stomp on the gas and a little push from my valve tech got me by him in time. He had daul exaust and my 4cyl passed him...man he was PISSED!! It is soooo annoying when you try to make a move in traffic and someone blocks you on purpose. Thats what sports cars in the city are all about. Ducking and weaving.. Oh well thought I'd say hi...later Rox ^_^

Way to go Mark! I've gotten a few compliments, but no dates yet. Cody, those Ram air Trans Ams are beasts. I think they have at least 350hp or so. My memory is not always right though. My ex girlfriends mom had a convertible Trans am without the ram air and it was fast as hell. That is how it was dating her too. She had a BMW 328, her mom had the Trans am, and her dad had a Corvette. That was back when I drove my old six cylinder 68 Mustang so I was always envious.

yea, my friend w/ a trans am said the ram air's have 325 hp. so with at least a 125 or so hp advantage(if my power meter is halfway right and i do have 201), i guess he should have won (and unfortunately did). oh well, it was kinda fun, i held in a little better than i first expected anyway. i guess i should just go pick on more civics or something for now though :)
