Just handwashed my car in 35 degree weather. Looks much better in the cold because there are no sun spots.

SuperCelica [GT-S] and I just washed our cars together last night in 40 degree temp. I felt sorry for him cuz he was in shorts and a t-shirt. Had to put our hands on the hood to stay warm.

Was just this saturday actually, got up at about 7 in the morning and started to wash the car since we had a meet that day. I don't know how cold it was though. My hands felt like they were going to fall off though

It was just the coldest I ever washed my car it must have been all the way down to about 53. I was freezing and my wife was laughing at me. Sorry that is about as cold as it gets here in Florida and I don't care for it when it gets this cold.
Its just not Christmas if I'm not in shorts and a T-Shirt.
about 62 deg here in FL, that sh!t was freezing

Yesterday for me. It was about 20 degrees out. Went to the self serve car wash, I got about 3/4 of it wiped down before the rest of it froze.

yeah i dont know how cold it was but it was freezing outside...i wiped the soap on the car and by the time did the whole roof and got the hose ready to spreay it was almost frozen..then by the time i got the whole car soaped and ready to be dried i had to oull it in the garage to let the ice melt before i coulde dry it...
i probably could have broken a pinger right off it was sooo cold

i washed my car the other day, it was about 2 below zero outside and there was a 30mph wind too, but lucky for me i was inside washing it. I took it outside and came back inside to shut the garage door and by the time i came out the door was frozen shut, i guess that there was still some water there that i hadnt got, so i had to pull so hard i thought i was gonna break the door handle, i was scared i would break it, but i figured the door was tougher than the ice.

As long as the sun is shining, I can wash into the single digits on my asphalt drive. In fact, my car has never been washed any other way. I handwash outside once a week all year long, here in Wisconsin. If I have freezing problems, it generally occurs during drying, and then I back my car into my HEATED garage to finish it off. As long as I keep myself dry, the cold water and air do not bother me. A pair of rubber boots and gloves really helps out in this department.
Windy 26 degrees at self-serve car wash.
Dressed up like an eskimo.
Needed to park car in sun to dry it off.
