Bellof and FET Japan makes Catz. Bellof and FET japan partnered so the CATZ HID kits made by FET are basically a relabel of Bellof, so you get the quality of Bellof at a lower price. I dont think any company out there can be better than Bellof, they manufacture all their parts.

Now FET USA Catz HID are **** on the other hand, they are not as high quality, and not made by Bellof and which is reason why they're cheaper. JDM Catz HID kit comes in 4500k, 5500k, 6500k.
