I sent my money order in 2 weeks ago (exactly 2 weeks). Before I ordered they were very responsive and answered questions very quickly. As soon as I sent my money in, I never heard back from them. I've sent at least 20 emails...all have been unanswered. I have even called them...yes, I've called Canada. I've left 3 voice mails...never a call back. Their voice mail picks up right away. This is f_cked up. Maybe something crazy happened and, I don't know, their building burned down or something like that...but I sent a money order and I can't get it back. Plus, it's hard to try mail fraud internationally. I guess I could try to collect via insurance since I sent the money order via registered mail.

I ordered from them before, they are hard to reach but I got my product okay... I don't think I'll order from them again though since I can get it from a store for the same price anyways.

lol i was just watching that movie...i lvoe the end where he is sitting on the ebach and was mumbling about taking his travelrs checks to a competing resort cause the gave him a pina colada instead of a mai tai....mike
