All I can say is you're gonna regret getting it molded, simple as that. If it's a street car, vibrations, slight bumps, huge bumps, cornering, all that puts stress on the body of the car, and will gradually break the front bumper away from the body... I guess we'll see how long you can go before you start to see cracking in the paint around the molded areas.

my brother needs one for his rear bumper....

is it aluminum, steel, or what is it made of and is it welded....how did you attatch it to your front bumper?

haha...... it ain't gonna crack - trust me !!

(if you never saw the video clip from before.... i'll make another one just to prove my point)

it's been 3+ weeks so far and not a single flaw has appeared. have you ever heard that hotrod/classic car builders are the top of the line when it comes to customizing ?? yeah well..... the guys that built this for me are those type of guys so they know what they are doing when it comes to fabricating parts.....

as far as the brace is concerned.... it is made out of aluminum and there are also another set of braces up where the bumper and fender connect

as far as how it was attached.....

the brace was welded to the support underneath the radiator and then the brace fits through the lower part of the inside of the bumper and bolted to each other (just look closer at the pic)

That's cool, but Hot Rod car builders tend to work with steel body panels that can be welded together... I'm not denying that they did a killer job on your ride but I don't really care who does the work, fiberglass and metal just doesn't bond together, and it isn't gonna hold up for years to come on a daily driver.
