Uh oh!

So for the passed few weeks, I have noticed this strange squick noise comming from my hood. After looking at it, I came to the conclusion that it was a noisey belt, no biggie. Anyway, I was down at my friends shop today and he herd the noise. He went to look at it and told me the noise is a metal on metal noise, and its probably the tension bar (Tension something, he said...) Anyway, he proceeded to tell me to take it to the dealer ship. My question is, what is this, and will it take awhile to fix?

belt tensioner possibly , its covered under the 36k mile warranty and there is a TSB for it

Ah thats it! The belt tensioner. Sorry I know a good ammount about cars, just not all that much =).
