I know the cost but I was wondering how it actually looks in person. I was told by one person that it looks "wavey" but I don't know if it was the exact same product. I'm planning on getting it done next week and was wondering. Thanks

How much does it cost and how hard is it to put on nobody around my area has heard of it, but I need to do something quick, my TRD mechanical front bumper in the six months I have had it is really getting bombarded, its got chips, scratches, bugs of course and a whole lot of other shiet happen to it, I plan on getting it repainted but I would like to do my hood and the front bumper in this clear bra stuff so it doesn/t get that messed up again!!

www.stongard.com is where I got mine. I had stongard install mine. $450.00. A bit pricy, but after 1.5 years I could not be happier!
I know a local toyota dealership in my area has someone that they contract out.

I am assuming when you are talking about the Clear bra and being from Utah you are talking about the company clear bra, right?
There are some things that you will need to know before you make the decision.
Clear bra uses a 14 mil vinyl product (non 3M0 that is there to protect and stop damage from occuring. They only do hand cut installs on your vehicle, ouch (razor cuts). When the product is installed it will have a measles look for about a week and never will have a high gloss finish like the 3M product. After a year the product is so thick and has a ledge on it that the dirt will collect and never be able to come clean along the edges.
StonGard uses only 3M product that is a pre-cut kit to fit your car. The product will look great and you will not notice that it is even there after a couple of days. The only downside is the price of the kit.
Make sure that you are aware of what you are buying and what you get for it. I have seen too many people get upset from a misunderstanding of the products.
