How to put a pic under my user name?

How do I put a picture under my name?! I know its a dumb question but I play with cars more than computers and I'm stumped.... Please help!:confused

go to "user cp" at the top right of the screen, then to "edit options", then scroll to the bottom to "avatar" and you can upload a picture.
