I went to berkeley and saw a SUV with a nice fan rims. when SUV stops, the fan rims still go around like a fan where wind blows. It makes you think that the wheel is moving but it's not. does anyone know where i can get this?

there called spreewells, after latrell spreewell who came up with the idea, there like $15k-20k, more than alot of people's cars, mainly for celeberities. Now they do make generic knockoffs, and what those are is adapters that mount onto your existing rim and they have ball bearings in them to make them spin. The bolt on is around $1,200.

i can get spinners for rather cheap...

Brands include:
Spintek (makes the spreewells)
LA Wire (180 spoke rim w/ 100 spoke spinning)
Davin
Omega
and a few companys just released add on kits for 18" rims... (must have a good 3-4" lip on your rim.

warning: they would look horrible on a celica

Those are too bling bling for me. I've seen one on an A4 and it looked really ghey. I think he has the add-on and it didn't sit flush with the rim cause he didn't have the 3-4 inch lip and it look horrible. I wanted to go up to it and spin it hahaha.
