Okay guys, I need a word of advice. I'm hooking up my Pioneer head unit and I'm going to use two amps -- one for my subs and one for my stock interiors. The amp and subs part is done, what's left is the speakers -- I ran speaker wires to each front speaker so far, and I have to do the rears tomorrow. The head unit has 3 sets of RCA outputs -- front, rear, and subs.
I need some info -- First of all, how should I do this? What are the wires that go to the tweeter/mids, which color is what, and where do I hook up the new speaker wires (I want to leave the stock wires but disconnect them). Secondly, any advice on how to run the wires through the rubber boot in the door would be greatly appreciated. Right now, I just have the wire going next to the boot. Finally, any advice on any of this would be nice. Fire away, fellas! (and ladies :)
