I noticed there were some posts about taking the car all the way up to 8300 for the shift. For everyone who is a consistent 1-2 shifter, are you shifting before or after the fuel cutoff?
When I first got my car I used to accidently hit the limiter, but was already going into 2nd, and would have a much smoother and much nicer shift than some of the times that I didn't hit the limiter.
