How do you attach more than one file to a post? I'll add a few more until somone tells me how.

Instead of making a new thread I thought I'd just tell you all on hear. My exhaust just came. I have never been so excited to hear a UPS truck in the driveway. Luckily I'm off today so I'm going to put it on right now. I had just called Partznet and left them a message asking why they had never sent me a tracking number or anything, and less than ten minutes later it was here.

Thats awesome about your exhaust the pics look good, I need to remember to post mine too, by the way I find it easier to just load pics on webshots and use the IMG tag to put the pic on the board, I will post mine later I too am off today and decided that I was not going to go to work, How was the motorcycle show

The show was cool. It sounds like the one this weekend will be better. I am having problems getting the rubber hangers to go over the flange on the stock exhaust. How did you say you did it? I tried prying the rubber back with a screwdriver but it still wouldn't go through.

Exactly I pryed a screw driver under them, that was the hardest part you may want to try and use some WD-40 that may loosen them up

Also don't worry about breaking anything I don't think those things can break, I pulled the exhaust and shoved the screw driver in the hanger then just tried to did everything I could to detach the exhaust, Good luck, By the way did you try starting your car with the exhaust unbolted, if not try it, it sounds cool,

Ok. I wasn't sure if soapy water or wd-40 or something would help or not. I'll try it some more. thanks man!

Use soapy water and screwdriver. Its kind of hard to explain, but if you pull it the right way it will slide out very easily.

Thanks guys! I got the stock exhaust off. Now the TRD is in the hangers buy the nuts and bolts they sent must be wron. I tried to put the nut they sent on the bolt they sent and it was tight. I thought maybe it was just supposed to be really snug but when I tightend it a few more turns it stripped the thread on the bolt. I am sure it was not cross threaded or anything because I started it with my fingers and all of them are snug like that. I'm not sure what to do now. I guess I'll try to call TRD.

Ok its done now. I had to go get a nut. They were all ok exept one that was the wrong thread for some reason. It sounded sweet when the exhaust was off. I'm going to drive it now and then see if the tips position needs to be adjusted again. Thanks for the help Mark and Barry.

That sucks you may want to just go to Home Depot and see if you can find a set of nuts and bolts that will fit, I am sure they will have some in that size. Just make sure to get the ones that won't rust

I got the nut I needed, so its all done. I went to put the decals on the windshield today too and the silver strip wouldn't fit right. If I had it at six inches in the center it left a gap at the edges. I'm going to call the guy tomorrow and see if he can do one that fits. I think it was just because he didn't curve it, so it wouldn't stay six inches all the way across. Cody, yeah I was excited that it came today. have to figure out what to do with the old exhaust now. I may have a few other pics for you to put on the site if you want them. I'll get them done and post them later.

Glad everything worked out, I too will post some pics, I think I may skip work tomorrow I was stupid when I took the pics and used a big size so I need to put them in photoshop and shrink them before I post them, Mark
