CalClub Autocross - Jan 27

Probably try to hit a few SoCal events this year. If I don't hit any this Winter, I'll be there for the Tour at San Diego and Pro at El Toro in March.

Dara, were you/are you a points card holder? If so, what team were you on? I don't go to enough events in SoCal to bother joining a team.

I'm with Group Z. I ran my GTS for two years: 1st in ladies street car class and 2nd in GS with the guys. This season, I am running a 240Z this year in BSP.

Where do you usually run? San Diego? What do you drive? I'm sorry, as an autocrosser, I usually know people by their car before their names!

Run: San Francisco Region
San Diego: Not yet.
Car: Celica GT/ DS

I drove different cars when I was down there.
David Avard, Julie Jacobs and Art Rinner know me. I passed by at a CSCC meeting one time at Speedzone.

I'm looking for a points card team/club when I compete down there. Probably hook up with SCNAX. Any opinions or suggestions? I'm not part of the "Z" clan so I don't know if I benefit in your team. :)

I was the only non-Z car in Group Z for the last two seasons! It's a very small group and it worked out for all of us. I used to tell people, "Oh, I thought this was Group "C" (celica)
It got a few laughs.
