There are too many variables to give a really accurate answer. What turbo, what boost, what transmission, what wheels, tires, LSD?

Nobody has actually gone to the track in a GT turbo and given us any hard numbers yet that I am aware of. Speculation made in other threads has suggested high 13's to be attainable at relatively low boost levels on stock internals with a 5spd.

... which is unbeatable by all except the retaining wall (that is an exaggeration... there are plenty of cars faster than the SRT4, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a retaining wall to win... any wall will suffice).
