I am going to get the toyota celica GT with action package and sunroof. Insurance is only 195 a month (be being 18). The first mod i want to do is an intake. I was thinking about injen alot because i like what it looks like but u have to cut the ecu hose. can u buy the orginal hose to replace just incase u ever wanted to go back to stock? Also Is thier no proformance increase with an intake and the GT?? The dyno section show a max of 2 hp gain ??? what is up with that. 100 dollars per hp lol. Am i missing something. And finally does the AEM intake come in polished chrome?
P.S. Will a 5-speed Celica GT beat a camaro v6 auto in a race. i was thinking Yes but i just wanted to back that up :0

If you plan on doing a turbo which is coming out soon I would wait. If you get a turbo you won't need the Injen even though it is nice. It is all up to you.

Doubtful. :yawning: Unmodded GT, I doubt it. (Even modded you would have a hard time) I have a friend with a 2001 V6 - All he has is Borla exhaust and its pretty quick for an auto.

pre 99 v6 should be no problem... stick or auto
auto 99+ v6 should be kill too, 5spd may pose threat...

you can always get a new tube, it wouldn't me but like $50

A V6 Camaro will beat a Celica GT. The difference in performance in a V6 automatic compared to a V6 manual isn't as drastic as the difference in 4 cylinder engine. Also that Camaro has a lot more torque then the Celica.
