first time at the track

That's pretty good for GT. If you were racing <i>me</i> on my first time at the track, you would've been right there (half of my runs the first night were >16sec).

Work on getting your launches down first, then work on bringing your reaction times down. And try to give your self more time at the track on test-and-tune days, to get in more runs :) (I noticed your timeslips only span a little more than a hours time).
