ok someone said are crappy. Please anyone that has them let me know how good are on dry pavement? Any comments will be appreciated. I am just trying to help a friend that said could get them really cheap for his Celica. How good compare with the stock Celica gt-s tires. I think stocks were descent. Anyone?

I have a set of them. I bought them on a whim because I needed them that day. I regret the purchase. They are a one ply sidewall tire. They suck big time. They do well in the rain, but they are an all season tire. In the dry, it's another story. I have TRD springs on my car and they are too much for the tires to hande. You dive into a corner, and all you get is sidewall flex (I am runnin 215/45-17). I highly dissuade you from recommending these tires to your friend.
