your warranty should cover everything.. just take it in to the service department, like when you go for an oil change and explain your problem.
my sunroof was peeling, and i didn't know if they covered it in the warrenty or not, but i just told them my problem and they got it fixed, no questions asked..

wear and tear items are not covered, such as clutch, brake pads and etc.
I believe your leather is not covered because it is considered wear and tear. You have to take care of your leather yourself.. cracks and fading are bound to happen with leather products. Squeaks and other concerns you have with speakers, they should cover that. Just take it to your dealer...
At least you dont have to worry about throwout bearing and damn tranny like i do all da time... :AF:
