I did a search and I came up with nothing. I have a Rockford Fosgate 10 inch DVC sub that I'm hooking up to a 1 ch Alpine MRD-300 amp. How do I wire this sub to get the most out of the amp? I was told to do it in parallel, is that both positives and both negatives of the sub hooked up together? and then to the pos/neg of the amp?

Here's the sub:

Here's the amp:

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Well, the sub is a dual 4-ohm sub. So connect all the positive leads together to the positive lead on the amp, and the same with the negatives. That will be wiring the sub in a parallel fashion, giving a 2-ohm load on the amp, which is 300 watts.
