I live In Wisconsin ( car absolutely sucks in snow ). I was wondering if/when the super charger becomes available would driving in snow be damaging to the intercooler ? I have to drive in snow- would I be better off not getting it?

It would certainly cool it down a lot faster :) It could be damaging to the I/C not sure though. It would probably melt before anything cause of the heat soak on the core. I really doubt it would be damaging though because people shoot N20 directly at the I/C to cool it down.

Hey Steckelberg I live in Milwaukee too. When the Blitz kit does come out, if it ever does. just curious where were you going to have it installed at? There aren't any real reputipal shops around Milwaukee are there?

I haven't looked in to any reputable shops for instalation. I have a few friends with the new WRX and they're hard core tuners. They do most of their own work though. I'm experienced enough for that. I'll look more into it when anything actually becomes available. I'm in Menomonee Falls- close to Milwaukee.

I know how you feel, Hollywood. I've been out of WI since 96.

If you guys are willing to go to Madison, Performance Plus off of Verona Road is the best shop I've ever worked with. Doug Mellum runs the place, with Don Rees.
(Don used to run a 12 sec '93 COUGAR in Madison, BTW, That takes DOING!!!)
They are Ford specialists, but they've done work on my old Nova, Sentra SE-R, and my wife's S-10.

Doug and Don know their SH*t.

The waiting list fills up in MINUTES for the following month service.

Good luck.

Thanks for the link, Scapamouche. I go to Madison often. I'll take a look at that place. Still waiting for any REAL equipment first though.
