hey guys its me, i know that i should do a search and put this on the newbie section but id rather start a new thread and i just like florida peeps better. I just wanted to know how to race (i havent raced yet) like when to shift and launching and all those other things. I have a gt and i wanted to know what cars i could beat. Thanks -ryan

Try the Racing Forum, they'll help ya there.

Basically, it's all in the timing of your shifts and your launch.

head north on 95 and ill show you how to race your car, :burnout: (j/king)!!!

just find a empty area, and practice launching, and and shifting. also go to the drag strip, ask ?'s and take hints from people.

rev into parking spots? i take it this is a long acquired skill of auto owners...

but seriously, with all this afternoon rain we've been getting... It would be an excellent time to teach someone if they wish to gain a neat show off skill.

I've got it down pretty clean..
