is 76 oil and oil filter good?

i went to 76 gas station to get my oil changed 2 times, i was wondering if the quality of the oil was up to par with valvoline or mobil, or are all oils basically the same?i dont wanna use no crappy stuff in my car.

The oil is alright but I only use Toyota oil filters because they have an anti-drainback plug so more oil stays in your engine for start-up. The Toyota mech. I talked to said it was pattented so no other filters had that feature.

I've noticed smoother shifting since using Mobil 1 75w 90 in the transmission. Why not use Toyota filters. I don't think they are much more expensive. Even if they are, how often do you change the oil? Why not use the best parts designed just for your car?
