break dust build up

Is anyone else havinga problem with break dust / rust on the inside of their tires? I wash regulary and perodocally use a eagle 1 tire spray but the build up looks terrible. I've had my car for 1.5 years. I'm going to see if a shop can clean remove the coloration or else I guess I'll need to buy new ones?

A good way to avoid this is to wax your wheels ( If they are painted) just like you do your car. The brake dust will wipe off very easily.
