Where is Fuel Filter

Working on a friends car tonight and going to replace fuel filter. Before I start, can some tell me where it is located? I searched the board and also viewed FAQ and did not see it anywhere...
Any help would be appreciated.

under the rear seats right at the part of the pump where the hose comes out

So I have to take the seat out to get to it?

Just a guess, but i'm pretty sure he's talking about under the car. I don't think any car has fuel lines run into the cabin.
