cars not starting...

weird.. but my car isnt starting... it was working just fine yesterday and today its not working, it just chokes.. im sure the rain has nothing to do with it since i have an intake.. but the only way it could be hydrolocked is by it being completely submerged into water.. anybody know? when i turn it on.. it just grinds and chokes.. any help is appreciated.. thanks
