Muffler Shops on the Island?

I just purchased my new exhaust set-up - a Borla muffler with SS tip ;) It should be getting to my house sometime this week. So my question is - where should I get it installed? I'm about to call a Speedy Muffler and a Meineke near my house for price quotes, but if anyone has a hook-up anywhere else, I'd be very happy. Let me know. Thanks!

The owner of the meineke by me can do ANYTHING...he actually builds race cars from scratch.

hey pony .....u gotta get down and dirty ...put it on ur self (w/ some help);)

it's pretty easy to put on a exhaust. u will save ur selft $60-$100

If I could install it myself, I totally would. But I'm not mechanically inclined :) and with a shop doing it, I wouldn't have to worry about the work not being guaranteed. For a few bucks, it's worth the peace of mind to me :) Thanks.

I found my hook-up! The Meineke on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown has been a huge help. Talk to Danny...he only charged me 50 bucks to bolt the thing on. It sounds awesome! Nice and deep, but not too loud :) Give him a buzz if you need anything, 516-735-5333.

damn, they charged me $100 to put an exhaust system in my old car. That's what i get for not being a girl! ;) j/k well appaerently they did some extra soldering or something

Yeah, maybe it was because of the welding...my set-up was just straight bolted on. Even the mechanic was like, "Wow, nice system!"
