I need help W/ the website I spent all day on this and all I've come up W/ is this. OK, this is the Layout I have that I'm working on. It's far from finished but this is kinda how it'll look. There will be Buttons on the left that will take you to different parts of the site. the pages will display on the right. W/ the TCC banner on top..... The origional page is still working so when people go to the website it'll look how it was. But this is the link for the rough page.
Test Site Click Here (http://www.texascelicaclub.com/JosiahCelica/index.html)
The Buttons when clicked on Will drop down a list of submenus and and then click on them to bring up the page on the right.
Here is the site map
Pictures
....General Car Pics
....Meet 1
....Meet 2
....Etc.
Meeting Locatin
....MAP/Times/Contact Info
Members
......Will bring up a window on right of either a list of names or something
Events
....Monthly/ Meeting
....Show Info
....etc
Sponsors
........This will bring up a window of Sponsor banners
Message Board/s
......Either a Specific TCC one or links to the Main Message board like NC.org or celica.net
Home Button
........This will just take main page home
Let me know what You think, if you want to help, and please give me Ideas, graffix or something.

heres my advice. frames are kinda "not cool" anymore.
using the same layout make a sidebar of navigation
either that or delete the division so it looks smooth
if you want some neat graphics..ill see what i can do.
just tell me what ya need. and give me access to the FTP
so i can play with it and see what i can do.

I've been noticing that people are going to a menu looking type thing where the options are on the top and when you click on them they bring down a list of options under that menu I'm just trying to figure out how to do that. Do you have space to U/L them to so I can see your Ideas while I'm adding you to the server for acess to U/L Files.

There are two ways to do that...DHTML or layers. DHTML is the easiest and most browser friendly. Also easier to update than layered navs. Here's a good example - and the code is free:

Hope that helped.

1st of all, ya need to come to a meet so that you can work with Josiah and Milin together on this. All of your collected ideas can make our site rock. So dont just one person take on the whole load of making the site, but each put in 33%, wait, make it 33.33%...thats like 99.99%. yea....muhahaha.
Josiah, thanks for putting time into trying to work on it. Keep it up!!
And BananaRyce, i keepforgettig your name,
Since Josiah and Milin are most always at the saturday meets, please come to a meet so we can get your input in person not with just posts.
Maybe yall can draw out something...i dunno...bla bla bla.
