soceur is totally right.
the headlights and tails are the same except u have some TYC or whatever. tail lights are not supposed to blink red (who knows why) and u have to disable your drl. but thats pretty easy. as long as all lights have the european E standart. (E in a circle-open the hood and check the black plastic part of the headlights under the hood for that sign) these lights are legal

peace out

I know what u mean. these red bumper lights. these are special fog tail lights (or however they're called) but u don't have to place them there. you can get them from "Hella" and just place them under your rear bumper. btw u just need one. so u can place it right in the middle of your car. go and see any toyota dealer in the uk and tell him that u need such lights. they will help you out!!

btw: if you are in the US-Army you don't have to do any of that stuff to your car. even the red turn signals are permitted if you're in the Army.
