So my insurance company decide to total.

I'm not sure if the insurance company let me take those or not, but I have some questions for ya.
what can I part out interior?
Exterior is almost crushed except tail lights.
I already took out shift nob, floor mats and cargo net.

You can sell probably every piece of the interior of the car. Post in the For Sale forum to sell them.

Check here:

You can usually get at least half price on most of the parts, depending on demand and how insanely Toyota prices some of their parts (stock stereo, for example).

Not to be a downer, but it's been my experience with insurance comapnies that if they total the car, they get the entire car, and you're not able to pull parts out of it. One thing you can do is if you have an aftermarket stereo, replace the factory one, but in general they want a "full car". Your company may be different though.

I agree. Once they Total the car and pay you for it it is not your car anymore.

I'm guessing they sell the car to junkyards which then part the car out themselves right

:werd: When an insurance company totals a car and then pays you a settlement for the car, it is no longer your property. They are, in a sense, buying the car from you. They will then sell it to a junk yard or so who will strip it for usable parts. If you take all the usable parts before they take the car and still take the check they are giving you, you are comitting insurance fraud.

so tell us all the name of the junkyard that has it so we can be vultures and try to get the parts that we need :D

My friend had gotten into an accident. He rolled his accord a month back. It was totalled. He was able to get his car and he personally sold it to the junk yard. He didnt even bother saving whatever piece but sold it as a whole. He got like 2500 for it. Im not sure how his insurance settledment panned out.

No not a red celica! Thats like the rarest color!
I'm not sure about the pricing, but heres what people would be interested in, not sure if you can take it out-
Radio, Seats, Center console, all interior pieces, gauges cluster (whole or seperately), floor mats, tailight, wing, exaust, rear bumper, tire/rim, trunk mat and cover thing, hoodscoop, headlight, sidemarker, all engine mods
You probably won't get $3300 out of it, but that seems kinda low
Save the needles for me!

youre forgetting the most important part. the fricken engine. if it sitll works. that in itself could be about $2000 easy.

Red's the rarest color? Cool, that's what I have. It seems like celica's are everywhere... Wish they were a little rarer

People sell engines on ebay a lot. I'm not sure where you would get the best price tho. Ebay = lowballers typically. But with all the interior, the engine, and it looks like the wheels are fine, too (you can sell those for at least $300), I would think that you could get more than $3300.

Also, if the tranny's not messed up, you could sell that along with the engine and get a good bit more money.
