Just call some insurance companies and get quotes. That would be the easiest thing to do.

if there's a AAA insurance near you, you should check it out.... i pay around 2000 a year, 2 people covered, and i had an accident (ouch)...... before accident... it was 800 dollars a year. no sh*t.... was pretty crazy. btw im 17. my mom has an "exemplary" driving record though.......
o wait.. this only applies to CALI people i think... is AAA around the US? im lost ;(

Haha, sorry to burst your bubble, but I live in NJ, and also have a celica. It's a GT. We are trying to switch insurance companies, but expect ur insurance to be ABOVE 4000 if you can find it that chepa. We tried getting an estimate from the cheapest place (manufacture's insurance), and mine was 5700. That's w/ the celica GT. They thought I had 4 points, rather than 2, but i guarenteee you your insurance is gonna be extremely high.:AF: :AF:

You can try Geico. I'm 24 and we pay $49.00 a month but we live in VA and are married. My record isn't spotless though. I have a need for speed! What about asking your parents to get a quote under their insurance? Show your parents the prices you were quoted and compare. I'm sure their quote will be cheaper and they can probably get a multi-car discount.

Definately go through your parrent's insurance. I am 20 and I still go through them, and mine is $53 a month for a 00 GTS. I am in Ohio if that makes any difference. Also grades make a big impact if you can get a good student discount. If you go to school more than 200 miles from home they also give you a discount there too. I did all of the above to get mine down so low.
