Need help

I need help guy my car ride very rough and jumpy.
Could it be the alignment or maybe I need to balance my tires. What do you guy think?

have you hit any curbs latley?...or droped car, changed anything or did it just start to act up...?

yeah I hit a big ass bump about 3 weeks ago but I think it happen after the dealer work on my car. Maybe they rotate tires wrong.
