I just put on my 18"s on my car for like three months, but the problem is i started feel a lot of bumpy when i was driving, and sometimes the power steeling was shaking and the power steeling will move aside when i was dring on some rough road. Did any of you have this kind of experience?

did you get your wheels aligned afterwards? if not, that could be the problem.. Also what brand and size tires are u using?

JLsubs, there are a couple of things a play here. First off, the tires that you put on the 18" wheels have a lot less side wall than the stock 16" rims. Since there isn't nearly as much side wall on your tires more a lot more of the road is transmited to you instead of being absorbed by the tire. Another possablity is that you are experienceing "tracking" with your tires. Some tires, especially grippy performance tires, are prone to pick up every little groove in the road and follow it. This is reffered to as tracking. If your tires track a lot you will probably feel like you have much less controll over your car because you will be making a lot of corrections to keep yourself going straight.
Either of these problems could probably be some what helped with different tires. I don't know what kind of Yokohoma's you put on your car so I don't know if they are proned to give you an extra harsh ride or not. Hope that helps.:)
