On my way back tonight I was in traffic when this gravel truck was speeding along above the speed limit. To make the long story short bits and pieces of gravel were flying off the truck and ricocheting all over the freeway. Unfortunately, two big rocks bounced off the pavement and onto my hood. When I got home I saw the damage and almost wanted to cry. The rocks left their mark in the middle of my hood.
Fortunately Scratch X came to the rescue and did a good job of getting rid of most of the damage. Unfortunately, I wish I could do something about the other millions of chips all over my front end from the times I drove through construction zones (new pavement). It's especially noticeable up close since I have carbon blue.
WHY DOES TOYOTA CONTINUE TO SUPPLY CHEAPLY PAINTED CARS WHEN PIECES OF JUNK LIKE CHEVY SILVERADOS GET TRIPLE PAINT JOBS???
:sadwave:
