Questions about Turbo

I'm thinking of getting the XS turbo kit at the first of the year. What kind of stuff will I need to do to the engine in order to prepare it for the turbo and to keep it heathly after the turbo is installed? Also how much do yall think it will cost to get the turbo and other work installed? Also how long do yall think it will take for the price on the XS turbo kit to drop some?
