Le Toy Motorsports Dyno Day.....

I talked Richard from Le Toy Motorsports (BAkersfield) and he posted this about an open Celica / RSX dyno run :
"I would like to see as many people are up for the challenge. We plan on having prizes for the winners and plan on making this a full weekend even leading up to Battle of the Imports held here, at a local drag strip, on August 9th.

We are going to be inviting the following Celicas:

1. Hotchkis Celica Race Car
2. Keyshawn's and Smaay's XS Turbo Charged Celica GT-S'
3. cool2miketlu custom Turbo Charged Celica GT
4. Stafford Fabrication Turbo Charged Celica GT's

These are just the guys on our wish list who would love to dyno. Of course there will be seperate categories when like N/A, F/I, and Nitrous. Let us know if you are interested. "
Hotchkis Tuning will be in attendance with our Supercharged Race Celica, our S/C Tundra our project RSX and our newest Scion...
We'll have displays, literature , T-shirts and Hats.. We will be there Friday Aug. 8th and be at the Battle of the Imports the next day at Famosa Raceway.... If you nned more info please feel free to call Le Toy Motorsports at 661-396-8100...

yea if i get my car up and running i will be down there JC, i just need to take it to toyota first and im waiting for the coilover. of course ima be in the NA category, looks like my kazuma is coming on for the weekend ;)

Hotchkis Celica is S/C but it is a custom Supercharger :)

No... This thing was posted before David Draper announced his turbo is in production, so not no love for DD but back then DD did not have a turbo to do this with.

haha I was jp mike..I'd love to go, but I'm only gonna go if I get my high flow cat installed before. But it seems sketchy seeing how I have no money even for gas :(

Been talking to cool2miketl and he is more than likely gonna come. You guys have got to check this out. I think it will be a real great day watching all the Celica F/I manufacturers showing off what they have accomplished.

hey dont forget about us NA guys gosh all this talk about turbo no more love for NA guys ehhh ;) but yea like i said ima try and come down there, as long as my car is up and running.

Man... don't be put words in my mouth. I would love to see as many Celica's here as I can possibly get down here. Infact bring every Celica owner or Celica fan that you know to the event. There will be a BBQ at the shop and then there will be a track event that evening. So it will be a full day.

Hey guys, like Richard said... As many Celicas as possible.. N/A, Turbo or S/C... Who cares, as long as we all come out to support such an event... RIGHT FELLAS....????? And who ever wants to cruise up with us on Friday is more than welcome... I'm trying to get a caravan to meet here and go up all together... That would make for some Awesome footage...
