anything that simply clips won't hold too securely. i had to order a holder through toyota that u screw into the holes that come in the bumber. cost me something around 25 or 30 bucks.

well it doesn't really clip on anything. i think u have to screw it down.

this is wat i'm talking about. does anybody kno where i could buy one that is a universal kit? it doesn't look like it will work for a celica unless the celica is equipped with that grill that sticks out all the way oiut.

how about you do this. take some longer bolts and put them thru your plate and through your grill, then find a thin piece of metal and drill holes in it, put it on the other side of the grill and put on nuts. voila!! instant liscence plate holder!!

That would be so easy to fabricate yourself. Couldn't cost more than $10-15 at Lowes or Home Depot.
