fully prepped the car, adjusted tire pressures, removed pass seat, backseat cushoin, spare tire, jack, trunk carpeting.
he ran full street trim with a 95 lbs passenger.
we ran from 40 mph punches, since we couldnt find a good light at all...he would keep catchign me in teh wrong gear, and not in my powerband and get the jump..finaly though i got it in 3rd at 65 and we ran...stayed side by side hrough a long sweeper and straights til 95ish when i let off.
tomorrow im gonna figure out how to run a shortbelt on my car..the belt tensioner location is kinda screwy.
but tonight, im proud of the car..it held its own against a mid 14 second 5.0...if the roads were straight he may have pulled a little cuz he was on the outisde of the gradual sweeper, but i dont think enough to walk me.
so yeah, thats the story..we're gona go from a stop soon as well.
