well it's now feb. and i still have no hood scoop there was a thread about this around two months ago.. how funny. i don't care what their reasonings are.. the group buy organizer asked them if they would have enough scoops before he started the group buy, and they told him they would. well that was was nov. now it's feb. just figured i'd say something, cuz it's frustrating, when they won't answer calls or emails and everyone talks about them like they are the best company on the web. they aren't..

Hey man, I've had the same kind of problems with MB. I called for weeks and weeks and finally had to basically scream at the phone receptionist (which wasn't her fault) to get Min to call me back. Which he finally did when I told them I had a problem with my order. Once I got him on the phone, he was very nice and promised to make things right. However, the frustration that went into it is really something I'd rather not deal with when I can take my business someplace else.
