im lookin into an xs turbo, but what all would i need to do to the engine to make it turbo ready, thank u very much for ur guys help

The XS kit is designed to work with the stock internals. If you wanted to make the engine more 'turbo friendly' you could get some lower compression pistons (which would allow more boost, and nitrous), and then think about a new clutch and LSD to be able to control all that power.

MY car runs like a bat outta hell with the turbo. Traction is the only problem i have. Definatly get a new clutch and LSD if you get the turbo. Farther down the road ill beef up the engine.

how is the install on the turbo and what is a lsd and whats the best one

The install was really easy, XS did it :) an LSD is Limited Slip Differential. It basically sends power to both wheels where only one wheel would spin on a stock car. Call David Draper he has a few of the TRD LSD's left at a good price. Quaife also makes a good one but its more expensive.
