I have a super white celica GT-S and I am going to purchase some 18" RH Z5000's. Should I get them in white or silver. I'm leaning towards white because they are in stock at the place I'm getting them plus they are different. What do you all think??
Also, should I get 35 or 40 profile tires? I will be using Hotchkis springs.
Thanks a lot

I would go with silver. I have seen a white celica somewhere that had white 18" z5000's and I think the silver looks better. Not that the white ones looked bad.

I like white rims but the problem (IMO) with them on white cars is that the whites rarely match. When I was in high school, I had a white Pulsar NX with white rims and the rims were mutch brighter than the paint. I'm sure they'd closer in color since the car is new but they still might be off.
Maybe Bling can give tell us how well they match his ride. From the picture, his rims look brighter than his Celi. But, his rims are taking most of the flash so it might be an illusion.
Simply, I'd go with silver or gunmetal (if you can even get them that way).

Oh yeah, 35 series tires if you're running 225 and want to stay closer to stock diameter. 40 series is off too much. There's a calculator on here to check. This one is also good: http://www.eunos.com/tirecalc/

Thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it. Does anyone else have any pics of the white ones or does anyone know first-hand whether or not they will match our white paint? Thanks again.

I think the wheels are a brighter white than the car.
