my 1985 tercell

i have a 1985 tercell on its last legs but i had an idea.
well i dont know shi* about cars especially engins.
my dad wonders if u could drop in a v 6 , a celica engin or somthing even better. after that supe up the shi* out of it with a turbo nos and other sit.
it's just an idea and im just wondering if it could work.
