View Full Version : SCARY BOYS with STUPID TOYS
Well i was having coffee with my sis at starbucks and we went to leave and there are all these cars parked out with tons of boys around them. Cars like Acura Integras, Civics, you know typical street racers (no celica's though cause they are all probably poor high school, my mom pays for everything boys) So we drive up next to them and I say "So what is this like a car show or something" Now keep in mind this is in a small parking lot. Well this guy in a stupid riced out Acura Integra starts reving his engine and racing towards me. So I step on the gas and got out of his stupid way. So they all start reving there engines and i was like OKAY i'm going to get out of here. They're gonna hit my car. So I leave and I'm like on this main street driving home and I look in my rearview mirror and I see like a million lights. Its' ALL the boys. In there stupid rice mobiles. It was like a freakin HERD. Swerving all over the street. I was like STUPID your SOOOOO making yourself obvious. COPS are going to find you and I hope the ticket ALLLL your @$$'s.
Are all car people like this? I really wanted to find some people I could hang out with and talk about car stuff. But if their all like this......maybe I'll re think my idea.

Ya know.. stuff like that would probably piss me off enough that I would personally call the cops on their asses.
Yeah especially almost hitting my car a number of times. I'm mean I think you should respect everyones car. even if it's a piece of ****.

I used to live in Austin where everyone would just look and admire your car(s). Now I live in Brownsville where I think should be named Riceville. Not kidding guys... if there was a contest "see who could get the most pictures of rice cars in your area in one day" I would win!! Anyway, I cant drive to the store because sure enough there comes a cavalier or escort or something like that with huge APC stickers everywhere reving at me! Not even worth the race! >:o

well, i had something kinda kinda like that happen to me, about 3 weeks ago. i was driving in semi-heavy traffic. theres 5-6 cars in front of my and a few car next to the guy in front of me. then all of a sudden 3 drop civics come fly'n next to me, drop a gear and pull a few feet in front of me and then gun, then the next guy, and the next guy until they get pass a few car infront of me and cut them off. traffic in front of me turns and what do you know, redlight and all 3 of them lined up with a open lane for me... get to the light and it was a contest on who could rev the loudest. i just held the revs at 2500rpm and flew past them. i get to my turn and they hit there horns as i make my turn and buzz'd down the road. shoot i got to the top of 2nd, about 60mph and i one civic by a carlenght, and the other 2 by 2-3 cars. but yeah, they like to pick on anything, even my mom, in her grand prix... losers...
Well I live in Corona So thats a little far. But hey thanks for the offer.

i think part of it is the fact that yer a girl.. but yea.. sounds like a typical rice convention..
hey the girl thing is probably the thing. I mean I don't want to race my car. I'm not into that. I just want to look at other peoples and learn lots of things about them. I also want to find people that I have stuff in common with. I'm at this point in my life where I'm finding myself having nothing in common with my old friends. Maybe being 21 is something to do with it and I'm crossing a threshold or something like that. Is it normal to feel that way?

hahaha!!! those rice boys crack me up. i understand those rice boys though. i am only 16 years old... and my first car was a 5th gen celica. and yep... i riced it out like no others business. but my good friend showed me wut cars were really for. instead of the fast and the furious bull donkey shiet. but anyhoo, when i saw a gurl in a nice car, i would rev my rice cooker and start driving fast like i had a fast car. the point is, we think we look cool. cuz we think were driving "suped up cars". trying to imitate fastnfurious. well now, i still drive my 5th gen celica but i dont drive it like i its fast. its too late to change my rice cooker. and im gonna get a new gts anyway so why waste money on this piece of junk. but now... coming to these forums and stuff should help me out with my next car.

I don't really think you have to respect someone's car, but you do have to respect the fact that it's theirs and not yours.
I've argued this so many times in the past with one of my friends that I feel obligated to go off on a tangent and say this: you just don't f*** with someone's car. Kind of like when us guys are in the bathroom: you just don't talk to each other while the business is being done : ) It's something that you just don't do.
If you have a problem with someone, take it up with the person, not the car.
It's just like those people took their hard earned money and paid for their car and you shouldn't mess with it. It just makes you feel violated.

Is it me or is it strange that these stories always somehow involve Hondas? :-)

They need to make a Fast and the Furious movie where they compete by driving off cliffs. Of course, in the movie they would survive. Let God sort out the people who try to do what's in the movies....

He is the love of my life and my reason for living. He takes care of me when I'm sick and holds me when I'm sad. He tells me I'm wonderful (even though sometimes I don't believe him) He tells me I'm beautifull. He completes me as a whole
"
man.. i think im gonna cry.. thats the sweetest thing.. well congrats..
Well I mean it. It's hard to stay positive when it seems everyone else has relationships that fall apart. but we've been with each other for 4 years. i've been through a lot of family issues and he's stuck by my side. I can't really ask for more then him. =-)
He asked me to marry him when we thought i might have cancer. He said that it really make him wake up and see what he might lose. Well don't have cancer but i am having surgery next week. so look for TONS of posts from me.
