ahhh crap! fuel leak!

well i jsut finished installing my nitrous onto my new cai. took it for a test drive spraying left and right. when i got home, i popped the hood and first thing i noticed was the gas smell. so i tracked it down my T line that came with the nitrous kit.

now i dunno what i did wrong, but i hope that those who did the nitrous install themsleves can help me out. i cut the outter part of the fuel line, which was the soft rubber part. then i took a bolt cutter and but the hard plastic fuel line inside of the soft part. then i put my t line onto the hard plastic part and fasten it down with my fuel hose clamp. when i was trying to get the hard plastic onto the T. i bang the fuel line against teh chassis couple of time so the stupid thing would go in. i am wondering if that could have ruptur it. anyway, i can't drive my car now and i can't take it to a mech cuz i am broke. someone help me out plz.

you may have cracked it will banging the t on but more than likely its leaking because cutting it with bolt cutters leaves little crimps on the edges of the plastic tube. not good... you should have a little slack so cut it over.. slowly and cleanly with a very sharp razor with as little downward preassure as possible. and use 2 clamps per side alternate directions

unfortunately i can't seem to get it on my t clamp without hitting it on the chassis. i mean this thing won't go on at all and my hands keep slipping. i guess i better take it to a shop this sucks.
