Its pretty good. Just have to learn how to use this friggen prehistoric computer system they have here. Ever heard of DIS. I swear we used to use this program in elementry scool. I think its actually older than I am.:chuckles:

Other than that everything else is ok. I just have to do my evaluations to see who's going to stay and who's going to be leaving. Not really looking forward to that part.

When you just sit at your desk and goof off on e-bay all day, and then I pull your sales report for the last year and see that your missing quota by 75% then its pretty easy. Actually I'm going to talk to them first and let them know whats going on and what should be done.If they chose to keep doing things the way they are then I'll get rid of them.
