Does anyone know of any other resource for the savage kit besides www.savage.de? I've tried to e-mail them in both english and german to find out more info on how I can get this damn kit.

Emailing Savage will get you nowhere. If you speak fluent German, I suggect calling them. Actually the best way to get a hold of them is by fax. They have no distributors and as of this last spring do not accept credit cards. Shipping is also completely up to you, which isn't actually a big deal if you have their address and can get box dims and weight for a quote. DHL or Airborne Express will be your best bet. I will be buying the side skirts this winter, but if you have something going down, let me know. The guy's name is Oliver Bergmeier and he can write in good English.
