i was wondering if any one would know if the vcn-1000 computerized nitrous system would work on our cars. It says that it can work on our returnless fuel lines. It also comes with a proccessor to help it from becoming too lean. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I just got the Venom kit put on my car. Took the shop two weeks because they wanted to make sure they did it right. The kit runs a wet system. It's pretty nice.

I spent $1500. I'm very satisified with it. It's actually a venom kit with some N.O.S. parts as well (NOS bottle warmer, bottle, purge kit, remote bottle opener). It's got an activation switch that runs at WOT and is computer controlled to cut off if the engine runs too lean or rich. I'll post picks of the set-up later this week.

can't wait to see the pics. i had asked around a local shop about the venom but they told me that it was only worth it if i was racing for serious cash on the streets and stuff. i said noooo, i don't live the life of the fast and furious, and that i was just looking for better times. that's when they suggested the nx and nos kits. i like the venom kit just because it's computerized.

what kind of time improvements did you see?

happy racing!

can you progam what jet sizes to spray by what rpm?

on the product ads it says that you can program the release points at the percentage of NO you desire. plus like the others have said, it'll cut it off for you too. it's like having a little person under you hood helping you out :) kinda like the little people in calculators :wiggle:

Hate to tell you guys but I own the Venom VCN1000 and I got nothing but problems. THE SH*T DOESNT WORK. I spoke to Venom and had them troubleshoot my kit and they practically changed everything but for some reason it just wont fire at WOT, I asked to return the kit with no luck I filled a complaint on the BBB and still waiting for their response.

GET NOS VENOM is just GARBAGE!

The VCN 1000 works great for me. Like I said, the shop took two weeks to do it right.

Unfortuantely, you can't program what jet sizes to spray by what RPM, but I think that's only useful for larger shots, and you don't want to go over a 50 shot.

I unofficially timed my car tonight (G-Tech). 14.92 seconds. I'm pretty happy with that considering I have a tone of weight in my trunk (bottle, amps, subwoofers).

Anyways, here's some pictures of my set-up. Sorry about the piss-poor photography.

You can tell by his photos that yes, he does have a gt.

Not too bad a time for a gt with all that crap in the back. :applaud:

Anybody want to buy my VCN1000 Kit? I wanted to return the kit but Venom wont accept it, they said they can make it work. Basically they keep telling me its a installer error, I dont want to bother with it anymore. If anyone is interested let me know or make me an offer. Maybe your installer can make it work but Venom will replace anything that doesnt work I jsut dont want to deal with it anymore.

so minus the music system, he could lift a couple of tenths a second or so from his time. i'm trying to see what my time differential would be more or less.
