Ok I cant figure out what this smell is. Its coming from in between the engine block and the battery. Its kind of a burning smell, I cant find any burnt wires or hoses, and Im not leaking oil or burning it. So what do you guys think?:bang:

Did you feed your car doritos or salsa con queso dip with chili? I make some pretty horrible smells if I consume such items.

Is it a constant smell or does it come and go... I know if you ride the clutch too much for a period of time there is a smell that comes from the engine bay... just a thought.

Have you had your oil changed recently? Maybe some oil got spilled or your filter may be leaking. Have you checked for that?

Maybe there was a cat sleeping up in there??
Seriously though I would check for any spilled oil. That stuff can stink really bad.

Will the oil have a electrical or rubery burning smell to it, if its on the engine block?

maybe you were low on oil, and why would you let some "kids" change your oil, either do it yourself or take it to the dealer.....I rather pay the dealer than (if I'm gonna b lazy to do it myself) some punk kids who think they know about cars......

Well you see my car is to low to the ground to change the oil. And the punk ass kids work at the oil exchange. I didnt want them doing **** to my car I always have the manager change my oil when I go there. But the last time I went the manager was not there, so I had no choice.
